Building your 'healthy lifestyle' resource kit
You should now have all the knowledge and information you need to begin building your healthy lifestyle resource kit.
The principal has given you a list of important topics that you will need to include in your healthy lifestyle resource kit. The topics aim to cover all aspects of health (social, physical and emotional).
YOU MUST REMEMBER that within a school environment there are lots of different types of children. They will be different ages and have different abilities and interests.
Keep in mind who your resources are directed towards.
Please work through the following pages in order (use the links to navigate yourself).
After completing each one, you should have a new resource to add to your kit.

Wish list – from students to teachers
Please be aware that throughout undertaking your project, you will encounter some 'checklists' at the end of certain resource kit activities. It is expected that you complete these in your own pair (self assessment) and then also for another pair after looking at their work and vice versa (peer assessment).
Both self and peer assessment are very valuable tools- it doesn't always HAVE to come from the teacher. By constructively critiquing the work of yourself and others, it helps teach you to follow criteria and thoroughly check your work.
Don't forget about the positives too!!!!!
